Sometimes I get an idea in my head and look for that special person to fill the spot. Well…I met this beautiful and unique person and I said…she’s the one! I asked her if she would indulge me in a special photoshoot in downtown Columbia. She said YES and we were off. I am grateful for her willingness to take off with my vision! Garrett was a big help carrying the bags as we trotted downtown and changed outfits. I now have two new great friends and I know we will do more sessions in the future! Here are some of my favorites.
It was such a pleasure to photograph the Mitchell family at their family property recently. It was so peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to capture memories. Zachary just graduated and we wish him well in his future. We loved meeting Zachary and Bailey’s dogs. They posed so well for us but they were a handful! We thank John for his service to our country and to Lori for always holding down the fort.
It’s hard to believe that our sweet Weston is 9 months old already. He and Charlie are the best of buddies. He has so much personality and is the happiest baby boy! Saw some pretty wildflowers and thought why not take some pictures there. Meme and Pop Pop love you to the moon!
A little late getting these family pics posted. Life gets in the way sometimes. They all came over so that I could get some updated family pics and attempt to get all five grandsons in a pic! That was a challenge to say the least! But these are memories I will cherish forever. Love our family…
Well….I won’t tell how many times it took to get a few pictures of Weston for his six month photoshoot. He was not having it!!!. He did not like any of the buckets because he is not sitting up completely by himself yet. Eventually I was able to get a few to mark his 1/2 birthday! We love you little man!
We had so much fun with the Shuler’s and their extended family at the Tree Farm. The love for family was so evident and those precious grandchildren are the apple of their eye! We had to do a little chasing but we finally got them! Hope you enjoy!

Huntington Beach State Park…My favorite place to visit and capture the beautiful wildlife. I was able to capture some great shots of the birds/alligator grabing lunch and the birds that were not getting along! Green Herons and their babies, Woodstork, Black Crowned night Heron, Juvenile night heron, White Ibis, Rosette spoonbill, Cormorant, Humingbird, Great blue heron, Snowy egret, Anhinga, Warbler, Lessor yellowlegs, Ospre and a rabbit!
Captured some sweet images of the grandboys while at the beach on vacation. We missed getting Matthias but will get him on the next trip. What a fun time we had with all the family!
Celebrating a special little lady on her 11th Birthday! Natalie was all dressed and ready to capture her special day! Happy Birthday sweet Natalie!
It was such a pleasure to meet the Wehr family while they were all together in Lexington for vacation. We were challenged by the rain coming in but were able to capture great memories for their families. Lots of fun with all the children and such a beautiful family!
It was such a pleasure to photograph the Wilson Family while all their family was in town for Graduation. Gibson Pond Park was a beautiful part of SC that we could share with the family members from Ohio.
We had so much fun doing this styled session. She had a vision and it turned out so beautiful. Love the skin you’re in!
It was a pleasure to photograph the WKH NJROTC Ball at The Phillips Market Center. Such a great group of young kids and all their accomplishments. We wish them all well in their futures!
Special photoshoot for Harlem as he celebrates his 6th birthday. He is such a cutie and did a great job with Mom’s vision of this session! Happy Birthday!
Such fun with Hope as she ran through the peach blossoms. Perfect day for capturing these beautiful images for her family.
